Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register, including speakers and Chairpersons. Online registration is the preferred method however if you experience difficulties please contact the Conference Managers at construct15@arinex.com.au.

Procedure

Registration confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will only be confirmed on full payment of fees due.

Name badge

Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration on site at the Conference.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times during the Conference to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions.  The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Certificate of Attendance

Should you wish to request a Certificates of Attendance please advise the Conference Managers during the Conference.   A Certificate will be issued via email after the completion of the Conference.

Group Registration

Group registration is offered when a single entity registers ten (10) or more participants.  To enquire about a group registration please email the Conference Managers at the email address given on the homepage.

Group registration is available to assist organisations wishing to send multiple participants to the Conference.  A list of participants must be nominated when submitting the group registration form but can be changed.  The final list of participants must be emailed to the Conference Managers fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of the Conference.  Please note that registration fees applicable for group registrations will be the fees as advertised at the date of payment of the registration fees.

Payment options

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.  Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express.  Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex’.

Cheque  

All payments by cheque incur a $10 processing fee and will only be accepted up until thirty (30) days prior to the Conference.

Please complete your registration online and choose EFT/Cheque as form of payment. Please send a copy of your confirmation along with your cheque (name and Construct15 Conference on the back of the cheque) to the Conference Managers (address on the hompage).  Cheques are to be made payable to the CONSTRUCT15 Conference.  Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque.  Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank.  No other currency will be accepted.

From thirty (30) days prior to the Conference all registration bookings must be submitted online with credit card details.

 

Cancellation and refund

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees:  Before 2 months prior to the Conference there will be an A$150.00 cancellation fee. Before thirty (30) days prior to the Conference cancellations will receive a 50% refund of fees payable. After thirty (30) days prior to the Conference there will be no refund.

Social: Payments are non-refundable at thirty (30) days prior to the Conference

Disclaimer

This information is correct at the time of publishing.  The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

Recordings / Copyright

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Private Touring, Private Functions, Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, private functions, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Managers who will be pleased to assist with arrangements.

It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that may be planned outside of the official program.  This will assist in smooth planning of all official and other events during the Conference.
